The Opportunity
The Technical Account Manager role is a hybrid technical enablement and support position. You will serve as the go-to technical resource for agency admins, analysts, and training leads. In addition, you will act as an internal product SME, supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with product training, enablement, and technical questions.
- Manage a book of Safe City accounts.
- Create and execute tailored training plans.
- Provide frontline technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Travel up to 70-80% for on-site training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Triage inbound questions, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver onboarding and refresher sessions; run "Train the Trainer" programs.
- Internal SME: Provide technical guidance to CSMs and participate in customer calls.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve customer experience.
90 Day Plan
First 30 Days: Integrate into operations, support Safe City accounts, and participate in training sessions.
First 60 Days: Standardize support processes, lead walkthroughs, and improve internal resources.
90 Days & Beyond: Own technical guidance, analyze training metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.
Salary & Perks
- Base salary of $150,000 plus stock options.
