The Opportunity
Flock Safety is hiring a Legal Operations Manager to support our growing Legal Department. Reporting to the VP, Legal and Security Operations, you will be a force-multiplier to enable team efficiency and drive strategic projects, ensuring our Legal Team works at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Technology Management: Manage legal technology vendors, contract renewals, and RFPs.
- Legal Intake: Develop and streamline processes for legal requests.
- Project Management: Drive projects across Legal and other departments, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Knowledge Management: Support collaboration through resource centralization and governance.
- Drive Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to push strategic initiatives.
Skillset
Candidates should have 2-4+ years experience in legal operations, legal project management, or as a paralegal/JD, with strong proficiency in cloud-based tools like Slack, Salesforce, Docusign CLM, Loopio, and Ironclad. A team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
90 Days at Flock
In the first 30 days, manage the Legal Inbox and learn workflows. In 60 days, implement efficiency improvements, and by 90 days, collaborate on long-term impactful projects with the VP of Legal Operations.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary ranges between $93,000 and $120,000 plus Flock Safety Stock Options. Benefits include flexible PTO, fully-paid health benefits, generous family leave, fertility benefits, mental health resources, work from home and office stipends, and supportive ERGs.
Location & Work Arrangement
