About the Senior Product Designer Role at Flix

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Supply Management Stream as part of the Supply Division in Berlin or Munich.
The Supply Management Stream unites several product teams which provide all tools to empower internal users and partners to operate smoothly, reliably, and securely and lay the foundations for Flix’s scalable growth. Your focus will be with Team Station Management and Inventory in the beginning, specifically on improving the tools that support our global station journey. Your scope will grow continuously through supporting other teams in the stream.
In this role, you will create intuitive and efficient user interfaces, shape complex workflows into clear experiences, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and product stakeholders. You will guide teams through the design process and contribute to scalable, high-quality solutions that directly impact customer experience and operational excellence.
Your Contributions and Responsibilities
- Contribute to product discovery, shaping ideas and validating assumptions early.
- Foster and build a close working relationship with internal users, running targeted workshops and leading review sessions to capture process issues and clarify requirements.
- Translate insights into problem definitions and user flows to ensure solution alignment with business workflows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts for complex tools using FigJam and Figma to validate ideas with stakeholders.
- Design excellent interfaces in Figma, applying design system principles and established interaction frameworks to ensure usability and consistent outcomes.
- Conduct design QA across multiple releases to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Facilitate collaboration with designers, engineers, and product owners to drive clarity and alignment throughout the process.
- Support more than one team and master self-organization, switching context, and prioritizing based on generated value.
- Follow and actively contribute to the Flix design system and visual guidelines.
- Champion user-centered design and help teams make informed decisions based on research and data.
What You Bring to Flix
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with strong skills in both user experience and interface design.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to product discovery, shaping ideas and validating assumptions early.
- Proven track record of fostering close working relationships with internal users, leading workshops, and clarifying requirements.
- Expertise in translating insights into problem definitions and user flows for business workflow alignment.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts using FigJam and Figma.
- Strong capabilities in designing excellent interfaces in Figma, adhering to design system principles.
- Experience in conducting design QA across multiple releases for quality and consistency.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Capability to support multiple teams, self-organize, context switch, and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to following and contributing to design systems and visual guidelines.
- A passion for championing user-centered design and data-driven decision-making.
