As a Junior Manager Konzernrechnungswesen, you will be part of our global team, contributing your solid knowledge in German HGB and consolidation principles, your analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at the group level, as well as compliance.

About the Role

• Preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Support in the preparation of notes to the financial statements for the Flix Group's quarterly and annual reports according to IFRS, as well as in the analysis of complex accounting issues for German Flix companies under HGB and the preparation of HGB individual financial statements.
• Contact person for subsidiaries and auditors regarding group reporting and IFRS topics.
• Support in the implementation of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) into the management report.
• Analysis of new accounting standards and their implementation at Flix.
• Maintenance and further development of the group accounting manual, as well as relevant processes and controls within the Flix Group.
• Process-oriented and analytical work; ability to develop own solutions and quickly familiarize oneself with complex topics.

About You

• Successfully completed business degree with a focus on accounting.
• Solid knowledge of German HGB and German tax law required.
• At least two years of professional experience in group accounting or in auditing/consulting required.
• Proficient in MS Office; user knowledge of consolidation software (e.g., Oracle FCCS) desirable.
• Fluent in German and English; any additional foreign language is a plus.
