About the role
Performance Marketing Manager
Flip is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our lead generation engine. This role is critical in building a high-signal, scalable growth machine that converts Customer and Patient experience leaders into demo, pipeline, and revenue. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about data-driven marketing.

What You'll Do
- Own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, including rigorous funnel analytics (CAC, conversion, pipeline attribution) and performance dashboards.
- Design and execute structured experimentation across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
- Scale high-performing campaigns and audiences to grow qualified pipeline while reducing blended CAC.
- Set up and manage segmented email campaigns using HubSpot for prospects and clients.
- Build performance marketing into a predictable, data-driven growth engine aligned with priority ICP segments.
- Develop campaigns and lead SEO and AEO efforts to position Flip as the premier solution for automated customer and patient experience.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing for a SaaS, B2B product for enterprise companies.
- Experience managing and optimizing a paid ad budget of over $100k annually.
- Proven experience running paid acquisition across AEO, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, industry newsletters, trade shows, and emerging channels.
- Experience with AEO/GEO and SEO.
- Proficiency with HubSpot for email marketing and landing pages, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to market to both technical and non-technical audiences, including CX, CTO/CIO, founders, C-level executives, and leaders in eCom/Retail, Healthcare, and Transportation.
- Strong understanding of funnel development, cohorts, CAC/LTV, and pipeline contribution.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate reports into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of the current AI model/infrastructure landscape and efficient use of tools.
- Ability to translate complex infrastructure into compelling, conversion-focused messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to move fast, test constantly, and optimize relentlessly.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
