Role Overview
The CX Data Analyst - Transportation will support fleet customers by analyzing call data, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive optimization, and identifying trends to automate calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client call metrics to identify trends and wins.
- Generate clear visualizations and ad-hoc reports aligned to KPIs.
- Support Sales and Customer Success with storytelling on data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and identify gaps.
- Conduct A/B testing to measure impact on performance and revenue.
- Explore game-changing statistics in the transportation and voice automation space.
Who You Are, As an Analyst
This role is ideal for recent graduates or those finishing internships, with an eagerness to kick start a career in SaaS CX. Experience with Excel, BI tools, and SQL is a plus.
