About Us

Founded in 2023, Flint is an AI platform built for schools. In just two years, we’ve partnered with 250+ schools across the U.S. and abroad. We’ve doubled revenue in the last six months, and now we’re building the foundation of our Customer Success team.

We’re looking for our founding member within the CS team to work directly with our Head of CS, Jacob. This person will help scale customer success without shortcuts to ensure every school not only renews but expands with Flint.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Flint, you will own over 100 customer relationships including individual private and international schools. Responsibilities include:

  • Going above & beyond to meet customer needs
  • Driving adoption & renewals with regular check-ins and ensuring 110% NRR
  • Anticipating customer needs and delving into classroom feedback
  • Owning the Flint Help Center, writing Intercom articles, creating training guides, and building scalable internal processes
  • Supporting onboarding by guiding new schools through rostering, integrations, and tech/admin setup
  • Handling inbound support tickets in Intercom for quick resolution and clear communication

This is a high-ownership role that involves wearing many hats including support, onboarding, renewals, writing, and process creation. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
