About the Business Analyst Role
As a Business Analyst at Flinders University, you will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and support project delivery within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that solutions meet user needs. Your responsibilities include preparing functional specifications, facilitating workshops, and contributing to projects that enhance the student experience.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement. You are adept at translating requirements into actionable solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment is essential.
About the Office and Strategic Projects Team
The Office of Academic Quality and Enhancement, within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) portfolio, supports academic standards and the overall student experience.
