About the Regional Traveling Executive Chef Role

Join Flik Hospitality Group as a Regional Traveling Executive Chef in the Greater Boston and New England region. In this role, you will lead culinary teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency in food quality, service, and presentation while driving innovation in every kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute menus following corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure food consistency and quality using standardized recipes.
  • Complete production worksheets, waste logs, and tasting sessions.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Participate in staff development and culinary training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of culinary and kitchen management experience.
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale dining and multi-unit operations.
  • Hands-on chef experience with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel across New England based on weekly schedules.
