Job Description
Junior Testing Analyst at FlightHub Group
We are FlightHub Group, an ambitious team that created FlightHub and Justfly. Our brands have grown to become two of the top-ranked travel agencies in North America, serving over 3 million customers per year and generating more than 3 billion dollars in sales. We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed, and curious Junior Testing Analyst to join our Lodging Product team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our hotel product platform.
The ideal candidate is a highly responsible and versatile person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is eager to continuously learn and grow. This person stays focused on team objectives and can efficiently readjust on new priorities without sacrificing quality, with the ability to see beyond the happy path.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and our Sr. QA Analyst) to understand product requirements, technical changes, and potential risk areas.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for both new features and existing functionalities across UI and API layers.
- Investigate, document, and track bugs with high-quality reports that include clear steps, context, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence.
- Retest and validate fixes thoroughly, ensuring no regression, side effects, or missed impact on related flows.
- Support, improve and learn the QA process by applying recognized test design techniques (such as Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, and Risk-Based Testing) to prioritize smart coverage rather than volume.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, offering actionable feedback during planning, reviews, testing, and release readiness.
- Continuously research, learn, and implement new testing technologies, tools, and best practices to improve the QA process.
- Analyze test results and provide concise quality insights, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What You Bring

Understanding of APIs:
- Hands-on experience in API testing desirable.
