Digital Marketing Specialist - Growth & Demand Generation (B2B)

Day In The Life: Growth & Demand Digital Execution

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email, SEO, and website in partnership with relevant channel owners.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of campaign workflows including asset coordination, QA, testing, and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize paid channel performance in collaboration with brand and paid media teams.
  • Work with automation & CRM campaign specialists to build and optimize nurture flows and triggered campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Provide campaign reporting and insights, tracking metrics such as MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Support attribution analysis and reporting alignment with marketing and sales stakeholders.

SEO & Organic Support

  • Contribute to SEO strategy implementation and content planning in alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and coordination of organic social content, ensuring alignment with paid and campaign goals.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, brand, sales and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Assist in managing campaign plans and contribute to campaign post-mortems and optimisation planning.

Enablement & Best Practice Sharing

  • Act as a center of excellence for growth and demand generation, facilitating knowledge sharing, campaign toolkits, and performance benchmarks across markets and brands.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or demand generation roles within a B2B environment.
  • Strong familiarity with paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic), email automation tools, and campaign reporting platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed or global teams.
  • Understanding of digital campaign KPIs and basic attribution models.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Certification in relevant platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn product suites is a plus.
