About The Opportunity
This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for Air Fulfilment, Content Distribution and Process Improvement. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas where processes, operations, or strategies can be enhanced to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage offshore relationships, resources and monitor SLAs.
- Facilitate system administration, testing, and release management.
- Oversee RPA and Chat bots automation for increased uptake.
- Design systems and processes to boost consultant productivity and efficiency.
- Lead projects using structured methodologies and update stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and change teams for smooth transitions.
- Analyse, validate, and document current and future processes and requirements.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5 years' travel industry experience.
- 3 years in system admin roles or experience with offshore partners.
- Understanding of Air Fulfilment (Ticketing), content distribution systems and booking flows.
- Experience in new product development and customer/product analysis.
- Proficiency in process design and business analysis.
Added Advantage
- Multi GDS knowledge.
- Project management experience using established methodologies.
- Senior leadership or influential role experience.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional extended hours for global partners.
