Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage process performance metrics and measurement systems
- Build and maintain data collection frameworks and reporting systems
- Analyze data to generate insights and drive business decisions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve team and client experience
Skills & Experience
- Experience in data analysis, MIS, and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and basic automation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
