Management Information System Analyst
Gloplax Solutions is a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory firm helping world-class enterprises build and scale high-performance global teams. We're hiring an MIS Analyst to own our process performance measurement system — collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that drives smarter decisions across the organization. If you love turning raw data into meaningful insights and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments, this role was built for you.What You'll Work On
- Define and implement process performance measures and data collection methods in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update the MIS reporting system — ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable
- Analyze data trends and patterns to generate insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
- Build and optimize Excel-based reports, spreadsheets, and macros to automate data entry and minimize manual effort
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and enhance team and client experience
What You Bring
- Background in IT, business process, or data management with hands-on MIS and reporting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and macros for data collation, analysis, and automation
- Ability to analyze data trends and convert them into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management across levels
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable owning work independently in an unstructured environment
- Bonus Points: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) | Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives | Prior experience in a GCC or shared services environment
