Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a highly knowledgeable and pedagogically skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team dedicated to creating engaging and impactful digital training content for young professionals entering the electrical and solar energy sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for education, and experience or enthusiasm in digital learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Compare the activities proposed by the team with the Indian electrician and solar technician curricula to ensure their relevance.
- Develop and write high-quality technical content related to electricity and solar energy.
- Review and validate technical content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on digital training activities and modules.
- Research and curate relevant multimedia elements (images, videos, diagrams) to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to ensure pedagogical effectiveness.
Skills Required
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and solar energy.
- Proven teaching experience in an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in India, particularly in electrician and/or solar technician curricula.
- Solid understanding of pedagogical principles and curriculum development.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools and resources for technical education.
