Role Overview

As a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and supporting the Flexera DIS database. This involves critical application recognition, normalization, and categorization of data. Beyond core database responsibilities, a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst contributes significantly through roles like Scrum Master, by analyzing and solving complex problems, transferring knowledge, participating in problem/solution discovery, and managing crucial customer and stakeholder communications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solves complex customer problems by identifying issues in data recognition, normalization, or categorization.
• Coaches and supports other Data Analysts in daily operations and agile work.
• Collaborates with other teams to effectively remove obstacles and ensure smooth workflows.
• Communicates and manages interactions for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support cases with both internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Data Analytical work and understanding of the SNOW Problem Domain.
• Self-driven, proactive, and contributes to team success beyond defined role responsibilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with end customers and internal SNOW stakeholders.
• Capable of solving complex problems independently.
• Adept at coaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth and success of others.
• Ability to drive business or support cases from inception to resolution autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and forward-planning mindset.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent relevant experience.
