Overview
The AI Operations Intern at Flexera offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. Flexera is a pioneer in Hybrid ITAM and FinOps, providing data-oriented SaaS solutions that enable IT, finance, procurement, and cloud teams to optimize technology spending and assess compliance and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AI program execution by assisting in the implementation of AI-powered marketing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Brand, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing.
- Contribute to measurement and optimization by tracking success metrics and analyzing campaign data.
- Assist in governance by documenting processes and building playbooks for scalable AI operations.
- Engage in learning opportunities with leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, M365 CoPilot, Eloqua, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Monday.com.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Must show interest in AI, marketing technology, and data-driven decision making with strong communication, collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset.
