About the Role

This Lead, Financial Operations role is part of the Treasury team which manages over $1 billion in monthly customer rents. You will learn Finance, Treasury, and Risk principles with emphasis on tracking and validating payments, fraud detection, and data reconciliation.

What You’ll Do

• Execute daily treasury operations and process customer collections.
• Drive reconciliation processes and escalate discrepancies.
• Process and review NACHA files for rent-related transactions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on new products.
• Support new product fund flows and cash controls environment.
• Assist with daily cash reporting and liquidity monitoring.
• Prepare reports, data, and presentations for banking relationships.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years in a financial institution with treasury operations.
• Weekend availability 1-2 days per month.
• Broad understanding of treasury operations and cash controls.
• Proficiency with Excel; SQL/Tableau is a plus.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal benchmarks. The base salary ranges from $133,000 to $149,000 in NY/NJ/CA, and $120,000 to $134,000 in other states.
