About the Role
Flex is embarking on a new phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for our Risk and LTV team. You will drive the development of advanced risk models, enhance fraud risk management, and optimize monetization strategies, significantly impacting user growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and own roadmap for the risk domain.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, finance, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Define product features, specifications, and priorities to meet OKRs.
- Advocate for customer interests by integrating feedback into product improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Proven collaboration with engineering teams for excellent product delivery.
- Strong technical acumen and quantitative skills.
- Experience with underwriting, fraud, or decisioning platforms is a plus.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for qualifying candidates in NY/NJ/CA is $191,000 - $204,000. Flex offers competitive pay, company-paid medical benefits, 401(k) and equity, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and additional perks tailored for both U.S. and non-U.S. employees.
