Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fleet management. We’re looking for a driven, customer-centric, results-oriented, and inventive Senior Product Manager to join our growing product organization. In this role, you will help shape the future of our Auto Integrate platform while driving meaningful customer and business outcomes across onboarding, integrations, payments operations, and automation.

Who You Are
You'll report to the Director of Product, and you’ll be accountable for the success of our Auto Integrate web app, which is used by the majority of Fleet Management companies in North America. You’ll drive continuous discovery and delivery of the right solutions for our customers across small businesses through large multinational enterprises.
We’re specifically looking for a PM who combines strong customer and business instincts with operational and technical depth. This role requires someone comfortable navigating complex workflows related to onboarding, payments, settlement operations, and integrations while also helping elevate product management maturity across the organization.

Your impact
- Champion customer outcomes - Work closely with customers to deeply understand their goals, workflows, and challenges – ensuring seamless onboarding, setup/implementation, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Drive product impact - Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that solve real customer problems, drive adoption, and reinforce our competitive edge.
- Guide the full product lifecycle - Lead discovery, ideation, specification, testing, delivery, launch/GTM, analysis, and optimization – ensuring roadmap milestones are met.
- Ensure successful product launches - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring successful adoption.
- Deliver onboarding success - Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinate internal resources, and track progress to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Be the voice of the customer - Gather, synthesize, and share customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Communicate with clarity and purpose - Clearly articulate product vision, value, and progress to stakeholders, including team members, prospects, and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Continuously improve product operations - Continuously seek ways to improve our product development and delivery processes, ensuring we bring value to customers quickly and efficiently.
- Elevate product process and discipline - Help strengthen product management practices across the team by introducing structured approaches to discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, experimentation, requirements definition, and outcome measurement.
- Leverage AI to improve product and delivery- Identify opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence into both customer-facing product experiences and internal product development workflows including: requirements generation, research synthesis, process automation, backlog management, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and learning - Help create a culture of experimentation, learning, and cross-functional teamwork – encouraging open feedback and shared ownership of results.
- Define and measure success: Establish clear metrics for product performance, regularly analyze data, and share actionable insights to guide product roadmapping and continuous improvement.
- Become a subject matter expert - Demonstrate deep knowledge of our product suite, including its features, functionalities, and technical integrations (e.g. APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL, etc.), as well as payments and settlement workflows, including ledgering, reconciliation, onboarding, KYB/KYC, and payouts.
- Innovate and differentiate - Identify new opportunities for product innovation and expansion, using market research and customer feedback to shape the roadmap and deliver unique value.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP services, JSON, XML, OAuth, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with payment systems, financial operations, or transaction processing concepts is strongly preferred.
Your Experience
- 5+ years in product management or closely related roles, building and delivering web apps. Preferably in modern B2B technology-driven SaaS environments.
- Experience working on payments, financial operations, or transaction-oriented products, including areas such as settlement, ledgering, reconciliation, KYB/KYC, onboarding, payouts, or operational workflows.
- Strong product process experience with the ability to bring structure and rigor to discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements definition, delivery execution, and measurement.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows as part of modern product management practices, including research synthesis, requirements creation, ideation, process automation, or embedding AI capabilities into product experiences.
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent practical/field experience.
- Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management.
