Overview

Join Flatiron Health to reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care. As a Clinical Genomics Advanced Practice Provider, you will use your oncology and genomic expertise to drive innovation in point-of-care products and tools, impacting patient outcomes directly.

What You'll Do

In this role you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert integrating clinical oncology with genomic data.
  • Interpret complex genomic test results and convert real-world clinical needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to enhance workflows.
  • Develop educational resources and deliver training on clinical-genomics topics.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to align clinical workflows and product features.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with at least five years of oncology experience and a deep understanding of genomic testing, clinical-genomics workflows, and precision medicine. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Extra Credit

Bonus if you have experience with OncoEMR, Flatiron Assist, or have been involved in clinical research or quality improvement related to precision medicine.
