What will you do with us?

• Support the company in making better decisions by translating raw data into clear KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Handle ad-hoc requests (e.g., data queries, KPI analyses) — from requirement clarification to precise and timely delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI (including data modeling, measures, and visualization).
• Use SQL to extract, clean, and join data, as well as to build reusable datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models and cubes.
• Automate recurring requests and transform them into standardized reports or self-service solutions.
• Ensure data quality and reliability (monitoring, error analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication).
• Document KPIs, data logic, and reporting structures in a clear and understandable way.
• Present insights visually and translate them into concise, compelling storylines.

What do we expect from you?

• Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge of data warehousing, as well as relational and multidimensional databases.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, reporting systems, data cubes (e.g., SSAS), and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ideally, experience with SSIS, Excel, or Ab Initio.
• Experience building and working with data pipelines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• English at least C1 level, Dutch as advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and clear written expression.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Confidence in working with diverse stakeholders and handling conflict situations.
