Your Mission

Your mission will be to design generative AI-based experiences where the product is no longer a screen, but a living interaction: assistants, copilots, autonomous agents, or voice interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business, requiring judgment to translate AI hype into real, useful, and scalable solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Activities

• Design end-to-end conversational experiences: from problem definition to user validation.
• Create, test, and evolve prompts, system instructions, and interaction structures.
• Define agent behavior: tone, limits, fallbacks, error management, and complex cases.
• Collaborate with the technical team in defining agent architectures and conversational flows.
• Analyze traces and usage data to detect failures, improve logic, and optimize system performance.
• Define quality criteria (evals) to ensure relevant, safe, and consistent responses.
• Correctly manage context and memory in multi-step flows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and measurable conversational solutions.
• Deliver clear specifications to the development team (especially in environments like LangGraph).
• Constantly iterate based on data, feedback, and real product usage.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual with the following skills:

• Designs conversational experiences that go beyond traditional chatbot flows, creating dynamic, useful, and natural interactions.
• Understands how LLMs work and can work with prompting, context, memory, and their real limitations.
• Has experience or curiosity in working with agent architectures (multi-step workflows, tools, orchestration...).
• Is capable of designing behaviors, not just interfaces: tone, personality, decision-making, error handling, and edge cases.
• Can read and analyze agent behavior through tools like LangSmith (or others), identifying where the logic fails.
• Has the judgment to define what a good response is: relevance, accuracy, tone, and usefulness to the user.
• Is comfortable iterating quickly, prototyping from Figma to AI tools or light code.
• Has a product mindset: understands business problems and translates them into clear conversational experiences.
• Navigates well in ambiguous environments where rules are not always defined and exploration is necessary.
