Role Summary
FL101 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Vice President, Head of Research to lead bench, computational, and data scientists. You will define and develop FL101’s platform capabilities and shape proof-of-concept experiments to catalyze biopharma partnerships. Your role includes communicating the scientific vision to potential investors and BD partners, mentoring a high-performing team, and leveraging personal networks to further the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing research group, setting scientific strategy.

Qualifications
PhD or MS in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field with 15+ years of industry experience. Demonstrated leadership in R&D or drug development with strong familiarity in single-cell technologies and multiplexing for drug discovery.
