The Role - Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you will drive core product development and user growth across FL105’s platform. You will build early product, define user journeys, and drive customer traction in test markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate vision into execution by defining the roadmap and prioritizing features.
• Own the product roadmap from MVP to early scaling, focusing on user needs and business hypotheses.
• Drive growth experiments across both paid and organic channels.
• Test product-market fit through structured pilots and iteratively refine the product.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and ML teams to iterate on high-velocity product cycles.
• Develop distribution strategies including onboarding funnels, conversion tactics, and retention hooks.
• Work with the founding team on narrative development, fundraising stories, and early customer strategy.
• Create feedback channels and analyze user behavior to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience launching zero-to-one products or leading major features in early-stage companies.
• Strong product intuition and ability to test user retention strategies.
• Customer obsession with active user engagement and communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, marketing, and science teams.
• Experience in mental health, consumer AI, coaching, or behavior change is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and highly motivated with a passion for AI innovation.
