Role overview
Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs.
We are hiring an Event Lead to help scale Flagright’s marketing efforts in North America. You will own field-level strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth within key markets. You will partner closely with the Sales team to design and deliver programs that accelerate pipeline velocity, expand market reach, and enhance brand positioning.
Event Leads at Flagright are strategic and hands-on. You will be required to travel, plan and execute high-impact initiatives, measure results, and continuously optimize for performance.
People who thrive at Flagright:
- Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
- Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available
- Have strong opinions and can defend them
- Learn fast because they're hungry
- Want to work with no-BS people building something important
People who struggle here:
- Need extensive hand-holding
- View high expectations as “unreasonable”
- Actually prioritize work-life balance
- Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection
- Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities
Key responsibilities:
Event Marketing
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals
- Plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings
- Partner with Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion
- Own the North America field calendar
- Run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and priority regions
- Coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on who gets invited, why, and what should happen after
- Keep event execution polished while staying commercially hard-nosed about what is worth repeating
- Make sure every major event has a pre event plan, during event plan, and post event progression plan
- Own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and event execution quality without becoming an “events admin”
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences
- Launch localized email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives to target named accounts and high-value segments
- Create program briefs, assets, and collateral that support campaign objectives
- Track and report field program performance and ROI
- Feed regional buyer and market insights back into campaign planning and content needs
Brand & Community Engagement
- Build relationships with key ecosystem partners, associations, and community groups
- Support customer advocacy programs, success stories, and reference generation activities
- Help elevate Flagright’s brand in strategic accounts and target industries
- Build repeatable client and community relationships where they genuinely improve access to enterprise buyers
