Five9 is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global Equity Manager to join our dynamic Stock team. This is a pivotal role where you will be a key player in the administration of our global equity programs. Partnering directly with senior leadership and reporting to the Senior Director, Global Equity, you will help shape our employees' experience, strengthen our compliance framework, and have a significant impact on a core component of our business.

What You'll Do

As our Global Equity Manager, you will be empowered to:
  • Manage Core Equity Functions: Including the end-to-end administration of our international equity programs, such as processing new RSU/PRSU grants, RSU/PRSU releases and associated tax withholdings, and ESPP purchases
  • Support Public Company Compliance: Provide required SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5) and Rule 144
  • Provide Guidance and Support to Executive Team: Review prospective 10b5-1 trading plans and track Ownership Guideline Compliance for section16 Officers; and serve as a key partner to our Legal team in upholding the Insider Trading Policy
  • Serve as a Cross-Functional Liaison: Function as a primary contact for our Transfer Agent, brokers, and internal teams. You will provide critical equity expertise and support to our Legal, Finance, Global Payroll, and People teams
  • Prepare Key Financial Reports: Prepare essential documentation for our annual Proxy statement, including Pay vs. Performance calculations and equity tables, and assist with the annual D&O Questionnaire process
  • Ensure Audit & SOX Compliance: Support all period-end and year-end reconciliation processes, manage Form 6039 reporting, and partner seamlessly with internal and external auditors to guarantee SOX compliance

Work Location

This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
