Job Description
About Five Thousand Miles
Five Thousand Miles is currently recruiting a Corporate Center Analyst to join its Corporate Center, reporting directly to the Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Center Director in monitoring operational processes across different departments.
- Prepare, update, and analyze team and organizational activity reports.
- Monitor operational and strategic KPIs, ensuring alignment with defined targets.
- Develop and maintain reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures, internal norms, and Corporate Center processes.
- Draft corporate documents, executive reports, and internal communications.
- Interact with various areas of the organization, ensuring the collection and consolidation of relevant information.
- Support the identification of process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI (valued).
- Analytical capability and aptitude for interpreting quantitative data.
- Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting to Management.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- Organization, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (oral).
