Role Summary
The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for providing assertive, franchisee-centered guidance. You will prepare and support a diverse community of franchisees to grow expeditiously, exponentially, and responsibly by focusing on core areas such as operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and continuously improve training programs for franchise launches.
- Revise training materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Partner with Franchise Owners to strengthen operational execution and achieve revenue goals.
- Provide coaching, resources, and standardized best practices.
- Consult on day-to-day operational issues and develop actionable plans.
- Utilize KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools to support franchisees.
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, opportunities, and compliance issues.
- Lead monthly performance calls with franchisees to review KPIs and guide improvements.
- Address compliance or performance issues by recommending corrective actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to experienced business owners and leaders.
- Drive measurable performance improvements through strategic coaching.
- Support special projects to enhance franchisee training and network success.
Additional Information
The role is in-office in Denver, CO and requires up to 20% travel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience coaching individuals one-on-one and in groups.
- Background in franchising, window treatments, or training development is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in customer service, relationship management, and general business strategies.
- Proven ability to coach both thriving and underperforming franchisees.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
