Role Summary

The Director of Franchise Operations is a critical leadership role at Gotcha Covered. The individual will execute franchising strategies, develop operational excellence, and drive unit-level performance while building strong franchisee relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Brand President to execute short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Build and implement operational systems to drive franchisee success and growth.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and Training.
• Manage a team of Product Experts and support staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for consistent, data-driven performance management.
• Facilitate effective communication between corporate and franchise networks.
• Lead training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Support franchisees in managing budgets and P&Ls.
• Develop operational playbooks, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
• Utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for team management and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years of leadership in franchise operations, demonstrated expertise in building scalable systems, and a strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, and KPI development. Must be experienced in managing cross-functional teams and have fluency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
