The Role
Join our Network Development Team as a Customer Compliance Coordinator! In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of visit data shared between facilities, members, and Fitness Passport. You will work closely with facility partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to optimise data processes, support compliance, and drive improvements in our network operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct monthly reviews and audits of facility visitations ensuring compliance and minimal disruptions.
- Communicate with members and facility staff to confirm visit data and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide first-class customer service to facility suppliers and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure visit capture is compliant with Fitness Passport requirements and resolve reporting issues.
- Assist with member audits to validate eligibility and reduce invalid visit data.
- Identify, document, and improve key processes for both internal staff and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records, track audit outcomes, and deliver timely reports.
- Assess risks related to visit capture and audit outcomes.
About You
You have strong data analysis skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organisation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with CRM databases, MS Office Suite, and Adobe is highly desirable, along with previous customer service experience. Knowledge of the fitness industry or membership-based organisations is a plus.
