About the Role

As a Current Business Delivery Manager, you will work in our Europe & APAC business unit, connecting Product and Supply Chain teams with Sales and retail partners to execute category plans, optimize the product portfolio, and meet customer needs efficiently.
This high-impact role combines data-driven analysis, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and support our retail partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage category plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Partner with Sales for assortment decisions and joint business planning.
- Drive SKU productivity and optimize underperforming items.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain for customer-specific product adaptations.
- Translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Navigate a matrix organization to unlock growth across regions.
- Manage and ensure accurate product data for internal teams and partners.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field and 5–8 years of experience in Category/Product Management or Sales within CPG, FMCG, or Consumer Durables. Strong analytical skills, proven expertise in market insights, portfolio optimization, and excellent communication skills are essential. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
