The AI Internship Role

This AI Internship at fiskaly is designed for students seeking more than just observation; you will join one core team—such as Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance & Data, Marketing, Sales, HR, or Operations—and engage with real processes from day one. Your primary task involves not only executing but also understanding, questioning, and significantly improving existing workflows.

The internship is structured to prioritize execution first, where you gain full context by owning operational tasks within your team. This is followed by improvement, where you identify bottlenecks and design AI-supported or automated solutions to measurably enhance processes. The clear expectation is to build something tangible that saves time, reduces errors, or increases scalability by the internship's conclusion.

What You’ll Do as an AI Intern

• Analyzing real workflows and operational processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Designing and implementing automations using tools like Make.com, n8n, or AI models
• Connecting systems and data sources to remove manual handovers
• Documenting and handing over solutions so they remain in use

What You Bring to fiskaly

We are seeking highly curious, self-driven candidates with a strong learning mindset who think in systems and processes, naturally question manual or repetitive work, and are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation platforms. You should learn fast and take ownership without needing step-by-step instructions. While deep engineering skills are not required, hands-on experience or serious experimentation with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make.com, n8n, or other AI/workflow tools is essential.
