About the Role

Join FIS as a Customer Service Representative in our Hamburg Barmbek ServiceCenter. You will support credit card customers with inquiries and chargebacks by processing and resolving requests and documenting them in our systems.

Team Overview

Work in a modern, international team dedicated to credit card fraud prevention, customer service, and back office support. FIS values internal promotions and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record customer chargeback requests
  • Process and document customer interactions in various systems
  • Engage with customers via phone and written communication

What You Bring

  • Completed education (GED acceptable) and relevant experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage stress
  • Fluent German written and spoken
  • Team spirit and quick learning for company guidelines
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good PC skills in MS Office
  • Vocational training is a plus
