Role Summary

The Image Data Collector at Firstsource supports a structured data collection project by capturing high-quality images/screenshots of physical and digital membership passes. The candidate must ensure that images comply with quality and privacy standards.

Project Scope

Capture and process images of membership/loyalty passes across four categories:

• Gym membership cards
• Museum membership cards
• Grocery store membership/loyalty cards
• Library cards

Ensure images display the merchant name and full barcode/QR code while redacting any personal identifiable information (PII).

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images/screenshots using an iPhone.
• Ensure merchant name and barcode/QR code are clearly visible.
• Verify images meet required file format (.PNG, .JPEG, HEIC).
• Apply privacy safeguards by redacting PII before submission.
• Organize and submit images as per workflow instructions.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across targets.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow structured data collection guidelines.
• Basic familiarity with smartphone photography/screenshots.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality practices.

Preferred Skills & Prerequisites

• Prior experience in data collection projects.
• Familiarity with barcode/QR code formats.
• Experience with basic image handling or file management.
• Access to an iPhone capable of capturing clear images.
• Basic digital literacy and comfort with mobile apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Earning Potential

Pay per qualified image - 3.95 USD.
