About the Role: Community Support Services Associate - 6 month contract
This role supports condominium property management by providing exceptional administrative assistance and customer service to condominium corporations, suppliers, and community managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Community Managers to maintain clear communication.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, invoices, and meeting agendas.
- Manage filing, record keeping, and system updates.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner and handle high request volumes.
- Perform additional duties such as arranging couriers and applying fees.
Qualifications & Skills
Applicants should have 1+ years of administrative experience, strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a detail-oriented mindset. Knowledge of property management or real estate is an asset.
