About the Role: Community Support Services Associate - 6 month contract

This role supports condominium property management by providing exceptional administrative assistance and customer service to condominium corporations, suppliers, and community managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Community Managers to maintain clear communication.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, invoices, and meeting agendas.
  • Manage filing, record keeping, and system updates.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner and handle high request volumes.
  • Perform additional duties such as arranging couriers and applying fees.

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should have 1+ years of administrative experience, strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a detail-oriented mindset. Knowledge of property management or real estate is an asset.
