Overview
The Learning and Growth Operations Manager at First United Bank is responsible for strategic governance and operational oversight of enterprise-wide Learning and Development (L&D) programs. This role ensures alignment of all L&D efforts—including content development, facilitation, and program delivery—with organizational goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager will:
- Provide governance for L&D initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage the instructional design team, including project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Lead development and management of the internal Learning Partner Program.
- Collaborate with business leaders and trainers to drive adoption of consistent L&D practices.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through data analysis and KPI measures.
- Maintain standards for content, instructional quality, and compliance audits.
Additional Duties
Other responsibilities include adhering to First United Bank policies, maintaining a professional appearance, completing required compliance training, and performing other duties as assigned.
Employee Specifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-7 years of L&D or instructional design experience, strong project management skills, and expertise in adult learning theory and e-learning development.
Location
This position is located in Plano-Parkwood.
