Senior Business Analyst - Patch Management

Overview

Join First Citizens India, part of a top 20 U.S. financial institution, as a Senior Business Analyst in Patch Management. Based in Bangalore, this role supports coordinated efforts between Security and Patch Management teams to ensure organizational security and compliance.

Role Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret patch management data.
• Develop dashboards and reports for patch compliance and risk metrics.
• Coordinate with security, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track remediation progress.
• Support audit and compliance with accurate documentation.
• Identify and propose process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience coordinating security deliverables.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of patch and vulnerability management processes.
• Experience with ITSM and patching tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, etc.).
• Understanding of Windows platforms and IT compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
