Overview

As an Operations Services Supervisor, you will operationally manage one branch and supervise a team of service line associates. This role processes teller transactions, handles customer service requests, and facilitates customer education on the bank's capabilities, tools, and resources. You will also identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner and support the branch's sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Research and resolve transaction and cash discrepancies.
  • Hire, supervise, and manage performance of service line associates.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate customers on digital banking and other bank services.
  • Coach branch staff on daily sales activities and accurate referral practices.
  • Introduce customers to appropriate branch team members for tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience. Preferred: Prior bank management or supervisory experience, financial literacy, and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
