Overview
The IT Quality Assurance Analyst III role at First Citizens Bank is a remote position available in several US markets. The role is focused on performing independent quality checks, developing quality measurement methods, and coordinating testing activities across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Independent Testing & Validation: Write test cases from requirements and user stories, perform manual testing, load testing plans into tools, and participate in defect and project plan meetings.
- Data Analysis: Source, compile, and interpret data; communicate analysis on defect trends and gaps.
- Risk Management: Mitigate IT risks by performing thorough quality checks and testing of current programs, policies, and procedures.
- Business Strategy: Lead QA testing teams by creating test plans, setting testing timelines, and coordinating workstreams across project teams.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of similar experience. An American Society for Quality certification is required.
Benefits & Compensation
The base pay for this role is generally between $100,000 and $135,000, with the starting base pay determined by skills, experience, location, and other factors.
