What We Do
This role is typically found in a branch or office setting, providing support to the Escrow department. It involves assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings, focusing primarily on residential transactions. The role works in one of two shifts (Pacific Time): 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm.
What You'll Do
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process.
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare closing documents.
- Handle complete disbursement and follow up of escrow transactions.
- Communicate requirements and information to clients.
- Interpret agreements and prepare all transaction-related documents.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related field.
- Strong customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and familiarity with company/client operating systems.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and a detail-oriented approach.
- Background in both curative and closing experience is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $19.82 - $26.43 hourly. This range is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
