Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the menu and all products offered.
• Accurately prepare all guest orders to Firehouse Subs standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate as a valuable team player.
• Sincerely thank guests for their business.
• Actively participate in all Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.
• Be able and willing to perform other restaurant duties, such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
• Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
