Position Summary: Restaurant Team Member, Day Shift
As a Restaurant Team Member, Day Shift, you will be crucial to the daily success of the restaurant, particularly in line positions. Your mission will be to serve hearty and flavorful food with precision, ensuring that operational standards are consistently exceeded to deliver on our brand promise of quality and heartfelt service.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Firehouse Subs menu and product offerings.
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of guest orders.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, addressing questions and concerns.
- Collaborate as a dedicated team player.
- Provide sincere appreciation to guests for their business.
- Actively participate in Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
- Maintain a highly organized, well-stocked, and sanitary work environment.
- Be prepared to assist with other restaurant duties, such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
- Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
This position offers compensation ranging from $9.50 to $13.00 per hour.
