About the Role

Fio Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager, Supply Chain & Operations to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain execution across our eCommerce and wholesale channels. This role plays a key part in improving inventory performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence as the business continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can balance strategic thinking with strong day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Execution: Manage day-to-day supply chain operations across eCommerce and wholesale channels. Coordinate with 3PL partners, warehouse networks, and logistics providers to maintain high service levels and on-time delivery performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Support demand forecasting and inventory planning processes in partnership with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Monitor inventory health, replenishment cycles, and safety stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Analyze trends and performance data to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met. Assist with pricing negotiations, purchase order management, and supplier performance tracking. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Product Launch & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to support product launches and distribution planning. Help coordinate sourcing, production timelines, and inventory readiness for new SKU introductions. Contribute to portfolio expansion initiatives through market and performance analysis.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain KPIs and operational dashboards to monitor fulfillment, inventory, and supplier performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, operations, inventory planning, or related field (CPG, retail, or eCommerce preferred)
  • Familiarity with demand planning and inventory management principles
  • Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or 3PL partners
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and operational systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
