The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated professional to ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Your goal will be to create and maintain positive relationships with customers, guaranteeing their requirements are fulfilled, and addressing their concerns effectively.

- Respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently through emails, live chat, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with various departments to address complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Record and document repetitive issues to contribute to process improvement.
- Generate pertinent informational materials, including FAQ articles, user manuals, and tutorials.
- Provide guidance to current and prospective clients regarding the acquisition of additional products and services offered by the company.
- Identify and execute initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial experience, preferably in trading (forex/crypto).
- 1-2 years of online customer support experience.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of responsibility and self-organization to work remotely.
- Experience using customer service software, tools, and databases.
