Your Responsibilities as a Business Analyst Digitalization Financial Services

• Lead exciting projects with renowned banks and insurance companies.
• Advise our clients on key areas such as AI, Banking (Neo Wealth Management, Embedded Finance) & Crypto.
• Analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and develop solution concepts.
• Design customer applications, plan, and execute projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to successfully complete projects.
• Actively shape internal processes and best practices to continuously improve our consulting services.

Your Profile

• Desire to develop not only client projects but also finwyz GmbH as a small boutique consultancy.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, Fintech, agencies, stock exchanges, or banks.
• Strong technical background, technical understanding, or programming skills.
• Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector, including AI, Neo-Wealth Management, Embedded Finance, or Crypto.
• Experience in developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects.
• High results orientation and commitment to performance.
• Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable education.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High willingness to learn and desire for continuous development.
• Team player, independent working style, and strong customer orientation.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
