Impact You Will Make

  • Provide chargemaster (CDM) and coding expertise on regulatory content.
  • Maintain and ensure reliable proprietary content compliance.
  • Evaluate operational improvements in billing and coding processes.

What You Will Do

  • Develop recommendations for hospital and physician charge structures.
  • Perform periodic research on CPT/HCPCS codes and regulatory updates.
  • Manage proprietary content data with quality checks and audit reviews.
  • Collaborate on projects and train team members on coding compliance.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of chargemaster/CDM/coding experience.
  • Extensive hospital and Medicare coding & billing knowledge.
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.

What We Would Like To See

  • Relevant certifications such as AAPC or AHIMA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access.
