About the role
About Fintech Farm
We are a UK fintech building high-performing neobanks in emerging markets in partnership with local traditional banks. Our mission is to make banking accessible, simple and fun for customers worldwide. Since 2020, we have launched neobanks in India, Vietnam, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan, serving more than 3M customers today. Our ambition is to scale to 50+ markets and 100M+ users globally. Our business model is built on a best-in-class product, UX that drives strong emotional engagement, viral growth mechanics, and deep, innovative credit decisioning. Our founders bring proven track records in fintech, including co-founding Monobank – one of the most successful neobanks in Eastern Europe, scaled to 10M+ customers.
Why this role matters
We are scaling rapidly across markets – and the complexity is increasing even faster. This role sits at the centre of that complexity. You will work directly with the founders and broader senior leadership on the company’s most critical priorities: unlocking growth, improving execution, and building the systems that allow us to scale globally. If done well – this role becomes a force multiplier for the entire organisation.
Your Role
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to act as a high-impact generalist across the business. You’ll own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end – from structuring ambiguous problems to driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes. You will operate across markets and functions, ensuring alignment between product, growth, and local teams. This is not a coordination role. You will be expected to own problems, make decisions, and drive results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify, test, and scale new growth and revenue opportunities across markets
- Translate customer/ partner insights into clear product requirements and roadmap inputs
- Bridge central product teams with local markets to ensure effective go-to-market execution
- Build repeatable, data-driven channel playbooks (incentives, reporting, communication) that scale
- Design and optimise core growth processes (acquisition, onboarding, monetisation) to improve unit economics
- Define and evolve the operating model, ensuring clear ownership, fast decision-making, and strong execution discipline
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or a high-growth tech company
- Strong problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive clarity
- Execution-focused – you don’t stop at recommendations, you deliver outcomes
- Comfortable operating across functions, seniority levels, and geographies
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset — you act like an owner, not an observer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments is a strong plus
- International exposure, ideally in emerging markets
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Equity in a fast-growing global fintech
- Flexible, remote-first setup — work from wherever you’re most productive
- Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership and company-building at scale
- A steep learning curve and the opportunity to shape a global business
