The AI Solutions Engineer at FINN Partners is the primary builder, architect, and technical steward of the organization’s internal AI capabilities. This role involves designing, developing, and operationalizing AI-powered tools and integrations to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full technical lifecycle of AI-driven solutions from prototype to production.
  • Assess and implement AI platforms leveraging FINN Partners' tech stack.
  • Develop internal tools, integrations, and micro-services for scalability and problem solving.
  • Provide hands-on prompt engineering and guide teams with generative model solutions.
  • Oversee system architecture and debug multi-service environments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong machine learning techniques and programming proficiency.
  • Experience with AI frameworks, generative AI APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Proven ability with internal tool development and rapid prototyping.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet business needs.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field along with significant hands-on experience.
