AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer is the primary builder, architect, and technical steward of FINN Partners’ internal AI capabilities. This role involves designing, developing, and operationalizing robust AI-powered tools and integrations that solve specific business problems. The mission is to translate high-level business needs into tangible, working technology while building and maintaining the technical infrastructure for the organization’s AI adoption strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full technical lifecycle of AI-driven solutions from prototype to production.
• Assess, evaluate and implement an enterprise-wide AI platform leveraging existing capabilities.
• Design, build and maintain internal tools, integrations, and micro‑services.
• Oversee architectural and technology choices, reviewing models, frameworks, and multi-service environments.
• Provide expert guidance on prompt engineering and generative model usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong technical background with expertise in machine learning techniques, programming languages, and AI frameworks is essential. Experience with generative AI APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and MCP servers is required. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field along with significant hands-on experience.
